How do I place an order:

    • Submitting a custom order request allows us to have as much information as we can to provide an estimated quote, mockup and turnaround time.

  • Do you have a physical store?
    • No, we are an online store.
  • Where can I go to be notified of special offers and promotions?
    • You can subscribe to our newsletter for the latest products and promotions. 

Custom orders

  • Can I customize my order?
    • You can submit quality images to be printed on certain products via our custom order request form.
      • CMYK
      • Vector for 1- 3 single images and under 3 colors
      • PNG
      • Jpeg
  • Do you create logos and designing?
    • At this time, we no longer offer design support, but we can provide a resource list of small design businesses that we collaborate with. 
    • What kind of printing do you do?
      • Refer to our blog page to learn more about fabrics and printing techniques.
  • How long does it take to process a custom order?
    • Orders can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks depending on the quantity.
    • We do not start production of an order until items are paid via the website or invoice. 
    • Production times may vary depending on the desired products and the time of the year. Expect extra shipping times during holidays and weather conditions.
    • “All orders must be print-ready to have the stated turnaround time for each technique, if there are any art concerns or proofs pending approval, we will start the production time once all artwork is approved. When reviewing proofs check all grammar, spelling, and quantity.

  • How long does shipping take?
    • Our standard shipping is via USPS priority mail and may take 2-5 business days after your order is shipped.
    • Please expect delays in your area for weather issues. 
  • Do you ship to a PO Box?
    • We do not ship to PO Box at this time. 
  • Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
    • You will receive an email when your order ships with tracking information.
  • Do you ship Internationally.
    • Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for custom orders. Please ensure to review the mockup and invoice carefully for accuracy.
  • Once production starts the order can not be refunded.
