1. Processing
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing orders. Processing time does not include shipping time. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number. Please note that our products are individually custom printed when ordered. Your tracking number will be updated once USPS has received the package and it has been processed through their system. Once production is started, we will not accept any edits.
2. Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the US. Please allow 3-5 business days for domestic shipping. We ship all orders through USPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers are critical for ensuring timely deliveries. Please expect delays during extreme weather or natural disasters. ***LBK Customs LLC is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our office and is in the hands of the post office, we have no control over the package. Insurance up to $50 will be covered on all shipments via USPS.
3. Customs Orders
Production on custom products not featured on our website will begin once the proof is approved and the invoice is paid. Once production is started, we will not accept any edits.
4. Bulk Orders
Please allow extra processing time for bulk orders. Some orders may need to be approved and paid 2-4 in advance of the expected delivery date.
